Who do Crakers usually disclose your information to -

or Equipment manufacturer for the purpose of supplying goods and
services that you request and contacting you for promotional,
safety, warranty, market research purposes and other matters
relating to the equipment and you.
The manufacturer may disclose your
personal information to certain organisations, such as marketing
and research companies for the purposes outlined above.
Crakers may disclose your personal information to organisations
offering you credit, insurance, finance and extended warranties.
Crakers may disclose your personal information to fulfil legal
requirements.
Where disclosures take place, we work with our third parties to
ensure that all personal information that we provide to them is
kept secure, is only used to perform the task for which we have
engaged them and is handled in accordance with the National
Privacy Principles.

Crakers will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently

the purpose for which it was originally collected. However,
Crakers does not guarantee that personal information cannot be

individual with access to the information collected upon

information held by Crakers is incorrect, please contact us on
one of the phone numbers listed above. If Crakers establish that
the personal information held is not accurate, Crakers will take
reasonable steps to correct the information so that it is
accurate, complete and up to date.
